Bexley is a good looking brand new neighborhood in Fort Mill SC. It is park of a trend over the last few years (im writing in 2013) to start new homes and new communities in this area. Ryland is the builder who is developing this neighborhood. Homes will run from the high 190's, be between 1689 and 3500 square feet, have 3 to 6 bedroom floorplans and have floorplans with the master bedroom downstairs. Bexley will have some pretty nice amenities, have a great location, and being that it is in Fort Mill you will enjoy award winning schools.
