Another attractive neighborhood from Meritage Homes. Rivershase is located off of Doby’s Bridge road so it’s got a great location and award winning schools. Amenities will include walking trails, river access, private community clubhouse and resort-style swimming pool. As for floorplans they seem to have a pretty nice selection that will include ranch and two story plans. And if you are not familiar with Meritage, there big thing is being green. Now for the pitch: folks, most builders don’t have a line item on their contracts that will subtract a certain amount if you represent yourself. Some might want to but none of them want to alienate agents who bring them business. If you are hesitant to believe an agent I suggest you check up on me and ask them.
