Not too much I can say about the Spicewood community in Fort Mill, SC. I have only been through there once. It's a good-looking community. Centex, (the builder), did a great job with the elevations. That just means when you drive through the neighborhood, all of the homes don't look alike. Now it is in a great location. On 160 in between Fort Mill and highway 521. 521 will take you right up into the heart of Charlotte. Spicewood would be considered to have that great hometown atmosphere with the big city just minutes away.
There is a good mix of three, four and five bedroom plans. The square footage goes from around 2500 to 3700. Pricing in this neighborhood is reasonable for this area. Go ahead and give me call. Let me take you on a tour of Spicewood, Fort Mill, SC.
