Fallbrook is a DR Horton and Ryan new home neighborhood located in Fort Mill, SC. While Fallbrook is a relatively new community it is growing fast. That might be due the location and amenities. A prime Fort Mill location that is adjacent to the Fort Mill Golf Course, within easy reach of Uptown Charlotte and Lake Wylie, and affords it's residents with comfortable small town living and low SC taxes. Amenities include a spanking big clubhouse with pool, playground and picnic area.
Homes range from the low 200's to well over 300K depending on which builder interests you. There is a nice selection of three, four and five bedroom plans available with square footage ranging from 2100 to 3800 approximately. Might not be a bad idea to put Fallbrook in Fort Mill on you list.
